Do you have a top 3 health & wellness books list? Over the weekend I went through my bookshelf to see what I could clear out because I just ordered 3 books and I need more room. Yes, I love to read. My shelves are overflowing with books really and if I had to guess I'd say that I've read 70% of them. As I searched for books to clear I found a few that I wanted to share with you. These books have helped me with self healing and especially with detoxing. I should probably title this post my Top 3 Health & Wellness Books For March because there are at least 10 more books I could blog about that are worth sharing. Hmmmm, maybe I'll do a monthly post on books. For now, check out the video above and the summary list below for my Top 3 Health & Wellness books.
