Easy Warm Lentil Salad
This is a crazy easy and super tasty dinner or lunch. All you need is canned lentils, canned diced tomatoes, red onion, cumin, red pepper flakes, and olive oil. If you are still worried about cumin, because of the peanut tainted cumin, the dish tastes really nice with curry powder as a substitute.
I call it warm lentil salad, but I must admit this dish has a curry-like quality to it because of the cumin flavour and stewed tomato texture. It also kind of looks like a one. Though I have never actually served this dish like a curry, meaning with rice.
