Weekly Seasonal Menu 6, 9-15 November 2014

The Weekly Seasonal Menu for 9-15 November is all about warm, satisfying comfort food. Housewife Chicken with Apples and Fall Vegetables is by far the most well-loved recipe that has ever appeared in this blog, and Butternut Squash, Apple and Leek Gratin is a new classic that I know I’ll be including in our Thanksgiving menu this year.  You’ll notice by the inclusion of our Country Style Pork Ribs I’m still using the grill – I’ll keep at it until the snow comes.

I’m also excited to introduce you to two other blogs that also feature nutritious, fresh food – Simple Roots Wellness and Naked Cuisine.  All six meals on this week’s menu are paleo friendly and gluten free.  Check out our previous weekly seasonal menus here.
