On Monday I shared about our bout with viruses, croup, and an ear infection last week. Thankfully, the kids are getting back on their feet, and we're slowly re-entering normal life.
Despite the sore throats and sleepless nights, last week wasn't all bad. In addition to delicious, immune boosting Elderberry Juice Pops, we also enjoyed lots of rest, snuggling, reading, and - of course - comfort food! A pot of my Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup disappeared almost as fast as the batch of this family favorite Banana Bread.
This stuff is so good, in fact, I'm boldly calling it the World's Best Banana Bread.
