When I read the reviews that said this was a late night place for most people after a night out on the town, I was a bit hesitant. But then I read best beef chow fun ever and I was hooked!
Oh my God the reviews were right! This was an amazing beef chow fun! Bursting with rich flavor and the thin noodles were just perfect for capturing the marinade but not too much that all you taste is noodle.
the black bean sauce was pretty good. there were a ton of mussels.
the salt and pepper crab was delicious! I loved that the batter didnât overwhelm the flavor of the crab. the crab was huge! the waittress came by to show us the live crab on her way to the kitchen. it was quite amusing but I guess itâs pretty typical of chinese restaurants.
the salted fish and chicken fried rice was pretty delicious. the salted fish gave the fried rice a great flavor.
